The company was formed in 2023 by James Fruean, who had a vision for creating safer, smarter traffic management through innovative and up to date strategies.

- Set up worksites, including placing signs and cones
- Operate Stop/Go paddles or portable traffic signals
- Assist with specialist activities such as event management
- Direct traffic and communicate via radio
- Support safe and efficient site operations
